Sales Representative — Insurance

What you will do
- Connect with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs.
- Present life, health, and supplemental insurance solutions with clarity and integrity.
- Build and manage your own book of business while receiving ongoing support.
- Participate in training, team calls, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
What we are looking for
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working toward goals.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Life & health insurance license preferred; we can help guide you through licensing.
